Back in the 60s, with this Bossa-Nova Jazz-Funk, which is the first track, recorded for our next Album: Noche Tarde (trad. late afternoon). Our newJazz-Project will lead us to Latin-America, exploring the Salsa, Rumba, Bossa-Nova and Tango vibes, mixed with Acid-House Funk, Hip-Hop and experimental elements. CUT-EXPRESS & DEPARTMENT OF JAZZTICE - The new Jazz/Funk Reference!

Our Jazz/Funk formation “Department Of Jazztice” was based on an fix-idea! But the simplest ideas are stil the best. As for Department Of Jazztice, it took not less of 2-weeks of work, in our home-studio in Nice/France, to pull a succesful composition on the record, called: GIGA-HERTZ FUNK!

Our first 8-minute track, pimped full of Acid & Funky elements, slapped into an perpetual movement of different basslines, FX-effects, smooth operated Tenor and Alto sax - accompany by Mark Edisons magic piano, which freezed even hard boiled old-school enthusiasts in its seats. GIGA-HERTZ FUNK! was symply more as an ordinary production, it was the succesful begin of an growing experience into an new Jazz-direction…

But we would not stop at this point. The following weeks, our concept digged even deeper as expected onto the social-networks, with an rapidly growing fanbase and good critics. Our motivation was great, and stil until now, we did not stopped working to accomplish our mission…

So we had decided, to produce an entire Album in front of christmas - containing 8-tracks of Jazz, Funk and Fusion. Since them, our work has advanced, and is actually in the final phase of the mastering process. A release is expected around the 12-dec on cdbaby, Soundcloud and Reverbnation, and withhin 3-4 day later on itunes, emusic, rhapsody, amazon mp3, play.com and other online retailers…
